5k – 23min

I had very little time (like now…) Did a fast run from home to behind the lake and through the two dips and back. Did 8 strides of 20s sprint 40s slow jog at the end. Lots of fun and a good workout.

I saw some deer behind the lake. What a treat. I am planning to do about 45k this week. Then 50 the next week and then 55. Then taper for the race on 5 January.
