The most astonishing thing in this world is that we never have to be alone. We have a Friend with us. Like most runners, I usually run on my own except for weekends when I try to meet up with a group of runners. But even in the dark of the early morning, there is the Presence. God is with us.
This blog may not be just about running. Running is important to me, but runners get injured or tired and then do not run. Or life throws some obstacles that prevent running. I have a life besides running!
