I would never recommend to anyone what I am doing now. I am trying to recover the fitness I lost because of breaking a rib not too long ago. The Boston Marathon is 5 weeks away, and this is my pattern of scaling up so far.
I plan to run about 73k this week and next week 80. I also sprinkle in some speedwork. Luckily my base was good. I just hope that I won’t get injured now. But, I do enjoy my long runs, the new places it is taking me, and the pics I can take!
On the music front, there is another song out here. I hope you like it. Please let me know in the comments what you think. The song is about the creation process, which in my case, I experience as receiving a LOT of help from God.
